So my girlfriend left today on a 3 week excursion to Europe with her 2 best friends…
And now I’m all alone =(

But I shall try to be productive over the next couple weeks, not to say my girlfriend was keeping from being productive, but just trying to occupy my mind while she is away.

Anyway she deserves a good ‘ole vacation for all the hard work she has put in over the past four years. So now she has a bachelors degree, and I just got my associates degree in Multimedia Programming and Design, and shall be transferring to City Tech for the Fall.

And Life Goes On.

So of course today was payday,

That I want to spend MONEY!

But alas I can’t because I need to learn what its like to save money…

Sorry I haven’t posted in a VERY long time, and for that I apologize, not to you, but to myself for it has blocked myself from reflection. A LOT has happened since the start of the new year.

1. I quit my job of 5 years.
2. A cousin I lost touch with passed away.
3. My grandmother passed away.
4. I’ve been interning at the HHC of NYC.
5. I sat on my ass and felt sorry for myself.

And now I am ready to begin anew. Got a new job, same old retail, but a different enviroment. And have started on the quest to learn, EVERYTHING!

And what a great start we are off to.

First off, let me admit to being severely addicted to the new Radiohead album, and seeing as how I have never purchased anything Radiohead before, even when I downloaded their 1st half of the new music, I still didnt pay anything. And they gave me that option and were cool with it. SO, I kind of felt obligated to contribute to their already massiveness.

Desperately trying not to lose my mind.

That last comment may or may not have to do with the closing of the store I work at.

By work, I mean get on my grind and just do it. It being the things I say I want to do, and the things that are just expected of me… But its hard to incorporate that mentality when you wear so many different faces. constantly doing. like sharks that can’t stop swimming for fear of dying.  a taste of the holidays.

so last night was Monster Music 4 @ Pete’s Candy Store

twas a fun night… weird but fun nonetheless, and now i sit here typing out a blog statement to you, my invisible readers. But alas, I must get resady for work. Then Thanksgiving is on Thursday. Then Marina’s is celebrating her birthday on Friday, BLACK Friday for those of you in Retail… DUN DUN DUN !

Anyway, just a couple more weeks of school left, then a much needed vacation (not really because by that time we might be deep into recording the 2nd IAD demo….)

Well, midterms are quickly approaching and I have a couple of tasks ahead of me.

1. MMP240Midterm Hobby Website
2. Photoshop Layout for FUREE.org Site Re-design.
3. Study for VAT152 Midterm (Nov. 1st)
4. Pre-Production of In All Dishonesty Demo
5. Prepare for Synesthesia Show @ Pete’s Candy Store (Nov. 20th)

so it seems I will be busy the next couple of weeks.

And good news, my sister is coming home for a couple of weeks in December to celebrate New Years. YAY!!!
